Below, you will find my store policies and some frequently asked questions. If your inquiry is not addressed here, please feel free to contact me via our contact page and I will answer any questions to the best of my abilities.
All of my items are guaranteed against damage during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me for a replacement.
Items damaged during shipping will be exchanged at no cost to the purchaser and you will be provided a return shipping label with witch you can return the damaged item. Items may not be returned for refund after 30 days from date of purchase unless there is a defect in the item.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return it at your cost for a refund (within 30 days from date of purchase) or exchange up to 90 days from date of purchase. Items over 90 days cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to purchase a piece, you may buy here online or contact me via DM on my social media platforms. Should you request me to hold an item, you will be emailed an invoice and then have 24 hours to pay it. Be sure to check your junk folder, just in case. If you do not pay the invoice, I cannot hold the item(s) for you.
Custom commissions may not be returned or exchanged and must be paid in full up front.
Apothecary and Hearth Care items may not be returned or exchanged if opened or used. Certain exceptions may be made on an individual basis. Please contact me with any questions.

All of my apothecary items are handcrafted in small batches, usually on the full or new moons. I have created and refined each recipe and I infuse each batch with pure energy and good vibes. I never craft if I’m cranky!
Please note: none of my apothecary items are intended to replace medical care by a licensed professional. Please do your own research before using any of my products. Seek medical advice for medical issues. Certain essential oils should be avoided when pregnant or nursing and you should consult your doctor before using. Earth Element Spirit is not responsible for any adverse reactions from use of its products or from improper use. Use on children is not recommended.
My earrings are made using wire that is "brass-filled," silver-filled," solid copper, 98% sterling or 14k gold. "Filled" wire is wire that is not 100% silver, brass or gold. It is sterling silver, or gold bonded with copper or brass alloy. Bonding in this manner makes the wire more durable than plated wire and will not be as prone to chipping or flaking off. Earrings that have 14k gold, stainless steel or sterling silver findings will be clearly marked in the descriptions.
All stones used are semi-precious or genuine crystals. Some are vintage pieces that are well over 40 years old and are marked in the descriptions of the pieces.
Each stone chosen and metal used is unique and the combinations of stones, metals and techniques used reflect the pricing of my jewelry.
Because all stones are unique, some pieces may vary slightly in size or color from the picture. Please know that I strive to make sure each piece is as close to the item pictured and it will be a truly unique piece of jewelry.
My jewelry is not intended to be worn to sleep or in the water. Please remove your jewelry and store lovingly before showering, swimming and sleeping.

Earth Element Spirit currently ships to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping is via USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and comes with tracking.
Please note I offer USPS First Class Shipping and USPS Priority Mail Shipping. You have the option at checkout to choose your preferred shipping method.
Shipping prices are based on size and weight of shipped packages.
I ship in padded bubble mailers, unless the specific piece requires more substantial packaging. I take every measure to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. I am also continually working toward making sure my packaging materials are as earth-friendly as possible and I welcome your suggestions on making my company more earth-friendly.
Please note that I will always repair our jewelry, should normal wear and tear cause a piece to break (Please don’t accidentally run something through the washing machine and then ask for a replacement.) If you have any issue with a piece of jewelry, please contact me and I will rectify the situation as quickly as possible and to the best of my abilities. Your happiness is paramount to me and I will do my best for you.
