Shipping/Pickup


Because we are a small, one-woman-run business, it sometimes takes us a little bit to get your order packed and shipped after you place it. Typically, orders will pack and ship out between 5-10 days from the date of purchase. Often, our items (especially jewelry) are made-to-order and take a little time.

We know this can be inconvenient as Amazon and other large retailers have changed society’s expectations on what order fulfillment “should” be, but please know, we will always do our best to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and comes with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout and it based on size/weight of the items ordered. We always try to pack as safely as we can in as small a box as we can. However, the protection of your order is our utmost concern and we will pack it accordingly.

  • we currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.   

  • We ship in padded bubble mailers, kraft shipping boxes and USPS Priority Mail boxes.  We take every measure to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.  We are also continually working toward making sure our packaging materials are as sustainable as possible.

LOCAL Tri-Cities Residents (Kennewick, Pasco and Richland) can choose the “pick up” option when checking out. NO CODE IS NEEDED. Pick up is offered in Downtown Kennewick during shop hours. Your order is ready for pick up after you receive a fulfillment email. Please ensure the emails are not going to your junk or spam folders.

Pick up is NOT offered as a checkout option for Seasonal Subscription Boxes as shipping is automatically added at purchase by the website. However, If you are a local and would like to pick up your subscription box, please indicate that in the notes at checkout and we will refund you the price of the shipping and you may pick up your box once you receive a fulfillment email.

Exchanges/repairS


All of our items are guaranteed against damage during the shipping process.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss replacement. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser provided the purchaser sends detailed pictures of the damage within 2 days of receipt to erin@earthelementspirit.com.  

Please be conscious of wear and tear to your jewelry. Do not sleep, swim or shower in your Earth Spirit jewelry. Certain repairs due to regular wear and tear will be considered on a case by case basis. Please email with inquiries.

Apothecary and Home Care items may not be returned or exchanged unless the packaging is defective Please contact us with any questions or issues.

Apothecary items


All of our apothecary items are handcrafted in small batches, and we shoot for crafting on the full or new moons. We have created and refined each recipe and infuse each batch with magic and intention as well as pure, natural, and organic ingredients. If you ever have a question about ingredients or our process, or if you have an allergy and would like to inquire about an order made without that ingredient, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Please note: none of our apothecary items are intended to replace medical care by a licensed professional. Please do your own research before using any of our products. Seek medical advice for medical issues. Certain essential oils and herbs should be avoided when pregnant or nursing, some should not be used on children. you should always consult your doctor before using.

Earth Element Spirit is not responsible for any adverse reactions from use of its products or from improper use. Use on children is not recommended.


Jewelry Materials & care


Our jewelry is made using wire that is solid Brass, solid Copper," silver-filled," 98% sterling or 14k gold.  The term "Filled" wire is wire that is not 100% solid silver or gold but It is sterling silver, or gold bonded with copper or brass alloy.  Bonding in this manner makes the wire more durable than plated wire and will not be as prone to chipping or flaking off.  Earrings that have 14k gold, stainless steel or sterling silver findings will be clearly marked in the descriptions. 

All stones used are semi-precious or genuine crystals.  Some are vintage pieces that are well over 40 years old and are marked as such in the descriptions.  

Because all stones are unique, some pieces may vary slightly in size or color from the picture.  Please know that we strive to make sure each piece is as close to the item pictured and it will be a truly unique piece of jewelry.

Our jewelry is not intended to be worn while bathing, swimming or sleeping.  Please remove your jewelry and store lovingly before showering, swimming and sleeping.

We do not currently accept custom jewelry requests.
